This 4 Week Strength Challenge is designed exclusively for women who want structured strength training in a supportive small group environment.

The Challenge

  • Complete 3 weights classes per week in addition to your favourite pilates classes

  • For 4 consecutive weeks

  • Attend at least 2 sessions in person each week

  • The 3rd session can be completed at home

  • Track your strength progress weekly

  • Nutritional guidance and support included

  • Train in a motivating, women-only small group
