I teach weekly Pilates classes that help you become stronger & more flexible. Class sizes are small – there is a maximum of 8 people – and every student gets the attention they need. Pilates will strengthen your whole body whilst focusing on your core you will also work on your glutes, thighs, back and shoulders.
Pilates is a highly versatile technique that has wonderful benefits for everybody whatever their physical abilities or goals maybe. Pilates can dramatically transform the way your body looks feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, tones your whole body and increases flexibility.

I studied Pilates with Balanced Body & Polestar (the largest Pilates organisations in the world). I regularly attend workshops to keep my teaching fresh and varied. I was introduced to Pilates by a physiotherapist after having a knee and hip injury.
After experiencing the benefits first hand not just to the injury, but also for posture, strength and alignment I was hooked and went on to train. I truly believe it is an intelligent way to exercise which can benefit everyone.
I am passionate about teaching and I have a genuine enthusiasm for sharing the benefits of Pilates with other people. I like my classes to flow and to be fun and challenging.
My aim is to help students of all levels and abilities to become stronger and more confident in their own bodies so they move more freely and easily as well as looking and feeling better.

Pilates in the Park are scheduled Mondays @11pm Beginners and 12pm Beginners+/Inermediate (booking essential & subject to dry weather)
